Can I use aftermarket and if so from where?

I purchased a 2005 Nissan Quest a couple of months ago. It is missing the dvd remote and the wireless headphones, do I have to replace these items from Nissan or are there aftermarket suppliers and if so from who? Thank you.

I know about the remote

I bought a universal remote by rca from target for like 5 bucks on clearance and it works just fine, as far as the headphones I don't know. I have a 04 quest se by the way.
