Power Window Works Sporadically

The passenger side window on my 99 Villager only goes up some of the time. It will work for one or two tries and then die again. It will always close and then die. If I hit both switches (driver and passenger) at the same time it helps it to get it to work. I took it to the window replacement shop and they said everything inside the door works. They said it must be an electrical problem. Anyone concur?
