Flasher relay/fuse location

Where is the flasher relay located on 1996 Quest? There are a lot of relays located in the boxes under the hood, but none of them are marked flasher or turn signal. Those relays(the flasher) used to be located under the on the inside of the car below the steering column in older cars. There is one located there on my 1996 Quest. that relay sounds like it is clicking when the flashers are on but I uplugged it and the flashers continued to work. Help me find this thing.
