Knocking sound coming from the front of the car when driving on bumpy road

In the last 2 weeks I have been noticing "knocking" sounds coming from the right front area of the car most often when I drive on a bumpy road, e.g. when the left wheel goes through these areas. It happens even at low speeds, somethimes when I turn the wheels to the left. I took it to a garage, they cannot find the problem. I would be grateful for any help. Thank you

Try the sway bar pins. I resently had to change mine due to being worn. Made a popping sound when turning and going over rough rood conditions. Hope this helps.
thank you
Thank you for your suggestion. I will have it checked out.
Try this diagnostic technique
Go over a speed bump diagonally. If you hear the sound, it is more than likely the stabilizer (sway bar) links. If you go over a speed bump perpendicularly and no sound, it IS the stabilizer links.
