RPM's drop and idle rough when at a stop

The rough idle cycles normal then rough for about 10 seconds then back to normal etc....
I also pulled 5 codes with an OBD, most are ABS related which I already know about. Some I don't know are P0500 - Vehicle Speed Sensor, P1212 - ABS/TCS Comm Line, P1574 - ASCD nVeh Speed Sensor. I assume all 3 are related to the ABS pump failure.
I also have P0460 - Fuel Level Circuit A and U1001....don't know what thost 2 are, any ideas?

Sorry, it is a 2004. And I believe I typo'd on the U1010, that is correct.

The TSB is NTB06-009a. It has to do with the ECM and checking the ground wires. I believe you can access 2004 Quest TSBs in the upper left side of this page. Let me know if you need additional information.

Any specific info would be great. Do I just need to clean/check the ground to/from the ECM? I didn't see an instruction to the TSB.

What year is your Quest? The P0460 seem to be related to how the fuel level signal is sent to the ECM. I couldn't find U1001, but there are TSBs for U1000 and U1010.
