2006 Quest Headlight Replacement How-To?? Updated: job complete

My headlights look terrible so bought new one. Have looked all over the Internet and YouTube but can't find a video or how to guide on replacing the whole assembly. Have figured out the front facia will have to be removed. But was wondering if anyone had any tips. Want to do it this weekend.

Looks great, gives it 'new life'.
I had the guy from drheadlight.com do the headlights on our Quest last summer, $110 for both. So far so good.
