If you have a 2011 Nissan Quest chances are that you have been running out of gas without a fuel warning warning when the gage reads above empty and around 50 - 60 miles DTE is displayed. Ironically there is still 2-3 gallons of fuel left in the tank but the pick up tube is not reaching it. I keep hearing this more and more from new owners. Better be a recall soon or I will flip out.

I wish to install fog lights on my 06 quest. Does factory wiring exist for fog lights or will I have to install an after market wiring harness. If possible I would to do the install as close to OEM as possible.

i tuned up 2001 quest recently service engine light came on a couple of months later it started idling rough i think it is the oxygen sensor any comment it doesnt hesitate or anything

We were cleaning our nissan and move something under the locks now both doors. We are not savy when it comes to cars we had this nissan from the dealer when we found out we were having triplets we bought it. We need help and taking it for repairs is quite expensive at this moment. Help

I have a 2007 Nissan Quest with the terrible, illigal PAX tire sytem. This is officially the worst tire system ever created.
"No one can fix it". I paid $78.00 just to have a flat fixed from Honda. if you travel, you'er done!!. don't get a flat because even if you make it the extra 100 miles at 50 MPH, that city or town my not have any qualified technicians to fix this tire.

After no cooperation from NISSAN, I decided to totally change out the entire system. Nissan wanted nearly $3200 to do it, but I found a auto motive company who completed the job in under $1700. it could have been less, but I choose some upscale chrome rims.

The Nissan is now PAX free. The ride is much MUCH smoother. with the pax system, the ride was pretty rough, expecially when making marginally sharp turns, you could hear hard pressure in the tires, the ride also did'nt handle bumps well. PAX was also a very heavy tire. Somehow it seems I'm getting better gas milage with the new tires. the
Blue book value on my 2007 NISSAN is far below average due to the pax system and it's problems. Good Van, Terrible Tire, Uncooperative NISSAN manufacture. "Overall" 2007 Quest (Good), "PAX Tire" (Dangerous, Criminal BAD xxx), "NISSAN" (Irrisponsable, CEO, Board of Directors Janpan should quit, or be forced to drive with PAX Tires for 5 years).

I will soon trade in my Nissan Quest, and never buy another Nissan vehical again.

I HAVE A 1999 QUEST,SOMETIMES WHEN AM DRIVING, IT STOPS FOR NO REASON AND WHEN I PUT THE AC ON FOR ABOUT 2HOURS THE BATRREY RUNS DOWN.

Today I received a Vehicle Recall Notification on my 2002 Nissan Quest. It listed the Duluth GA Nissan Factory Service Center. Can anyone tell me what this recall is about? I cannot find it listed under any recall site.

Nissan recalling minivans

WASHINGTON -- Nissan Motor Co. said yesterday it will recall more than 100,000 minivans because of problems with a seat-adjustment mechanism that could cause a finger injury.

The automaker said the recall affects about 118,000 Quest minivans from the 2004-2006 model years in the United States and Canada.

Someone adjusting the second-row seat in an unusual manner, such as standing outside the vehicle, could have their finger pinched when moving the metal mechanism, Nissan said.

The automaker said there have been 10 reported injuries, causing cuts and scrapes.

Nissan, in a report to the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, said it found some owners were trying to fold the second-row seats flat and "by using the wrong handle to fold the seat, there is a potential to pinch a finger in the moving seat adjustment mechanism."

About 35,000 of the vehicles from the 2004-05 model years will be subject to a second recall involving brackets in the third-row seat. The company said there was a possibility the brackets could become detached, raising the risk of injury in some crashes.

There have been no reported injuries linked to the third-row seat, a Nissan spokesperson said.

The recalls are expected to begin in December.

Research firm J.D. Power and Associates in a survey of 2005 models reported the Quest was the most improved vehicle model in quality.
