Back of front seat not responding to control on my 1999 GLE

The back of the front passenger seat is not responding to the control. There is no noise from the switch or motor when I try to adjust incline. Any ideas? Fuse, Switch, Plug, Motor? I don't know where to begin. The underseat drawer obstructs visual check.
