2004 Quest front left tire noise

Hello, Recently I have noticed a noise when turning right my front left tire makes a sound of metal scrapping - my neighbour thinks it is my calipar? another person said it might be my wheel bearings?

Has anyone had this, can anyone help - I want to be prepared before I go to my mechanic

Mines also does that but when

Mines also does that but when turning left. It sounds like something rubbing and it doesn't look like the tire.
