2004 Quest Heated Seats

Has anyone had a problem with the heated seats in their 2004 Quest?
I will be driving, with the heater in the "OFF" position, and the seat will get so warm/hot, it's almost unbearable.
It happens intermittenly and the Dealer says they can't find the problem??
Help!!
