Does anyone if this is a hard thing to install?

Not at all. Just follow the do-it-yourself section in owner's manual.

edit: there is a cabin filter for this generation of quests

they're located on the outside of the cabin, under the plastic vent covering...

you need to remove the wiper blades disconnect the washers, remove the plastic covering and it's sitting on the passenger side, before the heater core/ evap core
